It was a comfortable room and close to all things I wanted and the service was very quick.
It was not thoroughly cleaned.

I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Free dsl internet access for laptops in the room, it's the only thing that saved me.
This hotel really smells, literally. I think the carpets are sour.

The first thing you notice is the smell and the effort to cover up the smell. I stayed on the first floor, room 136. Perhaps a pet stayed there, but I kept getting a whiff of something that should have been in the bathroom from between the beds and night stand. I spent $11 on air fresheners to hang around the room, a candle to burn and finally some spray. I know the management knows it smells because there are automatic fragrance sprayers every 20 feet down the hallways on the first floor. And the maids open all windows and doors as they clean. The housekeeping was slow and not on the ball. I would have liked to change hotels but I had already paid. I won't stay there ever again. ...read more

It's location for the reason we were in Utah.
The loud disturbance in the hallway outside our room the first night.

On our first night at this hotel we were frightened by a disturbance in the hallway. Six or more US. Marshals made an arrest just outside of our room. This occurred at 10:06 pm January 11th. The hotel was aware that this would be happening. We found out that the criminal had checked in after us. It would have been nice if they had switched their innocent customers to different rooms elsewhere in the hotel to be out of harms way. Because of this we rated our stay on the low side. ...read more

The Location was easy to find, easy to navigate to, and located next to great shopping and a short hop from Lagoon.
The rooms were dirty. The bathroom tub, sink had mold growing, the shower curtain was dirty, the floors were dirty. The cleanliness was not there.

The hotel was in a great location and easy to find. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were dirty and not well kept. A shower that is cleaned every day should not have mold growing on it! ...read more

Good amenities.
Room carpets not vacuumed well.

Will stay there again, liked it better than La Quinta.

Very nice continental breakfast.
Satisfaction guaranteed...NOT!

We requested non smoking rooms with 2 queen beds. We stated that we were traveling with 4 adults and 7 children. We were given smoking rooms with one King bed in one room and 2 queens in the other. When we told the front desk a mistake had been made, they stated that we had requested a smoking room and only put down 2 adults were staying. They were booked solid and had no other non-smoking rooms. They didn't try to make things right. They insisted it was our fault, not theirs and were in fact quite rude. No extra blankets or pillows were offered with several children sleeping on the floor. The smoke smell permeated everything. My wife, who is very allergic to cigarette smoke had a very hard time breathing the entire night. We were very disappointed and would never stay at a Choice hotel again. They have a card stating "Satisfaction guaranteed or your night stay is on us." They didn't even try to work with us. They kept saying it was our fault. Their front desk staff need some people skills. They were rude and very unprofessional. ...read more

We were upgraded for free, so we had a nice amount of space.
I like that there was a free breakfast but it wasn't that great of food.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. the location was good, right of the freeway. There is a continental breakfast but it was only muffins and cold cereal. The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet enough that I could comfortably sleep. ...read more

Close to Restaurants and shopping mall.
Staff was not very professional, wasn't as clean as I would have expected.

Aside from the wonderful breakfast that this hotel had to offer there really wasn't anything else that was noteworthy about it. Its location was probably its best feature. The carpet in our room desperately needed a deep cleaning, and we weren't sorry to leave when our stay was up. ...read more

The location was great, and the gal at the desk was very friendly.
Distance from room to front desk.

The price was right, the rooms were clean. It was a great place to stay with our young children. Lots of places around to eat. Also close to where we had to be early in the morning.
